About the Creators

Mariana Martins

Mariana Martins is a 29-year-old American-Brazilian artist who conjures enchanting worlds through a unique blend of spooky characters and 2D animation. Inspired by her rich cultural background and a fascination with the eerie and whimsical, her work transports audiences to realms where the line between reality and imagination blurs.

Mariana has collaborated with iconic figures such as Cheech and Chong and the legendary Ralph Steadman, experiences that have enriched her creative voice and deepened her passion for storytelling through animation. Her talents extend to live painting, with notable appearances at events hosted by organizations like the Lawrence Partnership and Mass Development. She is also an active member of the International Creative Community of Ghost Club.

Through every brushstroke and animated frame, Mariana invites viewers to explore the mysteries and magic of her vividly imagined worlds where her characters come to life and the fantastical feels just within reach.
